Lending Space Portal Outage

The Lending Space portal will be down beginning on Friday, August 18 at 7:00pm EST through 12:00am EST Monday, August 21. During this outage, the Lending Space system will be transitioned from Stearns to the Flagstar Bank IT platform. As a result of this, the URL to the delivery portal will be changing and will be available on Monday, August 21. We will issue an additional announcement providing you with the new URL once the transition has been completed. Below are important reminders regarding this transition:
  • To access any reports or loan data for any loans that were purchased, withdrawn, or cancelled prior to March 1, please ensure that the information is downloaded prior to the outage. Once the Lending Space delivery portal is transitioned to Flagstar, you will only have access to loans purchased on or after March 1.

  • If you currently utilize a pricing engine, please let your provider know that the URL will be changing and once that is provided to you, please coordinate with them to update their system.

  • Your login, password and ORG ID will remain the same. Please ensure that you continue to type in "Stearns" in the ORG ID field on the login page.

Retirement of Toll Free Number

We will be retiring the 844-529-7909 toll free number effective on Thursday, August 31. Please refer to the Delegated Quick Reference Guide for information on how to contact your Loan Resolution Specialist.
